I already have plantation shutters and I wanted a consistent look throughout. Jenni is very upbeat, a good listener and meets customer expectations. She asked my preference for not only the shutter specifications but where to source the fabrication. She prepared an estimate using her local source as I preferred. The installer was very personable, and discussed all the fabrication details as he took measurements, including detailing of my current shutters for slat width, moldings, and operational use of door handles and locks. The shutters were ready very quickly in just a couple of weeks. The installer completed installation in an hour, and the installed shutters are an exact match. Jennie at Made In The Shade Prosper did my home 5 years ago! Together we custom designed drapes for my entire home. From the first appointment through installation she worked diligently to ensure my visions were met, she outdid herself! The fabric choices were plentiful, she brought her books of fabrics and we planed my new window treatments, as well as options of rods and rings! She listened to my wants & helped guide me with options and choices. At that point I thought I was settled, but fast forward 2 years & I decided to buy another home, and who did I call? Jennie with Made in the Shade Prosper! Now on my 2nd home, once again she did not disappoint. I brought some of the drapes from my 1st house with me, but they didn’t fit my new windows so Jennie took them and had them lengthened and had the 2 large panels made into 6 small panels so I could still use them! I’ve been in this home for 3 years, and still every time I have a guest, they are in awe at the beauty of my drapes and how stunning they make the rooms look. They are timeless, the finishing touch that takes each room to the next level, and I could not have done it without Jennie!
